30 years inside AEC (AECOM, Foster + Partners, Introba) plus years building consumer tools surfaced the same failure across every domain: ideas are abundant, execution is inconsistent, decisions are poorly structured. The constraint is not creativity. It is clarity.
ISO 56001 formalised this at the organisational scale: innovation is a management discipline, not an event. Vector56 became our advisory practice and platform around it. ARC — Agency, Restraint, Continuity — is the same discipline translated for individuals.
The ecosystem is one coherent answer: decision infrastructure across organisations, teams and individuals.
